Practice Research On The Standard Training Base Construction Of Resident Doctors With The Goal Of Post Competency

Objective The purpose of this study is based on the development of standardized training of residents in a tertiary hospital in Hebei province.This research aims at the cultivation of job competency.The author through the domestic and international recognized competency standardization module and design questionnaire.The purpose is to investigate the level of competence of their teachers and residents.We can theory with practice,in order to find the actual work of the problems.Residents to provide standardized training can learn from the practice,theoretical support for Hebei Province.Method In this paper,we use of expert interviews,literature design questionnaire,The questionnaire is confirmed on the basis of pre-survey.With the application of “Hospital Physician Post Competency Questionnaire” on the Tangshan City,a top three hospitals and teachers participates in the training of the post competency of the investigation.Statistical methods SPSS17.0 software is used to test the reliability,validity of the scale.Result 1)This paper will be important of teachers to post competencies from large to small sort.2)Resident physician job performance is from large to small sort.3 The importance of cultivating clinical thinking ability in evidence-based medicine model in behavioral event interview process is put forward.Conclusion The physicians have surveyed that in the post competency evaluation,teamwork and physician professionalism quality score is higher in academic research,information management ability to score is lower.Resident physician in the job satisfaction situation achieves the situation or biased in terms of clinical work ability.They are affected by the ability to teach,the time of participation and other differences,which ignores the core competence of the resident ability to refine the assessment.They need to maintain the existing clinical capacity to improve the basis of further strengthening.
