Upper cervical in the anatomical structure has a certain particularity, the injury mechani sm, pathology and clinical manifestations have corresponding characteristics. Trauma, conge nital malformations, bone disease, and iatrogenicfactors in the high cervical cord compressi on can lead to corresponding parts of the body or organ of sensory and motor dysfunction. The upper cervical spine injury is the main reason high cervical spinal cord injury, the sys tem organ can be affected to varying degrees, including the respiratory, circulatory, digestiv e, endocrine, urinary, and sensorimotor functions. Upper cervical spinal cord injury patients with traumaticcauses, many existing voiding dysfunction, early diagnosis and successful sur gerycan greatly improve the symptoms, but medical conditions and other constraints,some patients can not receive timely diagnosis and treatment, resulting in bladderFurther aggrava te the dysfunction has become the treatment of spinal cord injurypresent more difficult issu es. Concurrent deterioration of voiding dysfunctionhydronephrosis can lead to renal dysfunct ion, spinal cord injury is the leading cause of death in patients with advanced, and urinary incontinence, long-term indwelling catheter and seriously affect the quality of life of patient s. Therefore, even for theupper cervical spinal cord caused by spinal trauma injury, voiding dysfunctionoccurred in patients, early assessment and treatment system rehabilitation,restor ation of bladder function, improve voiding dysfunction, to reduce the complications of spinal cord injury patients improve the quality of life and prognosisto Of vital importance.
