Beijing University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Undergraduate Career Efficacy And The Big Five Personality Traits Of The Relationship

In recent years, under the pressure of enrollment expansion of colleges,the problem of college graduates employment is becoming increasingly difficulty.Facing the intense social competition,the colleges students how to choose jobs for themselves is becoming a big social problem solved.In addition to the social factors,the personality factor also become an important factors of the difficult employment conditions.Now the Big Five personality has been recognized in society and it has become a professional personality measure. Domestic application of the Big Five personality on college students for careers related to efficacy research is also less.This study used the methods of documents research,questionnaire and statistical analysis research.The article investigates the relationship between college students'big-five personality and occupational choice selfe-efficacy.In order to affoed the gist to college students that change or improve their personality,and direct their get a job.Base on a large number of relevant literature,this study surveys the career decision making self-efficacy and the big-five personality via 260 university students by questionnaire,then process the data by SPSS17.0 software.The results showed that:(1) In the career decision making self-efficacy study,the highest score is the self-evaluation dimension.And the lowest score is the planning dimension.(2) In the career decision making self-efficacy study,students of different gender, different major, whether to participate in social practice and whether to serve as student leaders have significant differences.(3) In the big-five personality study,the scores order is:conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness to experience,extraversio,emotional stability.(4) In the big-five personality study,the students in different gender,different places,whether to be the only child,whether to serve as student leaders,whether to participate in social practice and whether to accept vocational guidance and training have significant differences.(5) In big-five personality dimension and career decision making self-efficacy dimension,the relationship in the openness is low, while others are obvious.(6) The three dimensions of big-five personality become the variables go into regression equation of career decision making self-efficac...
