Object iveTo analysis the correlation between types of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical examination results of Rheumatoid Arthritis patients, comparing the laboratory reports between three different TCM types. Finding out the relationship between laboratory report and traditional Chinese medicine discriminate types is helpful to the TCM diagnosis and make a contribution to therapeutic evaluation.Method177 Rheumatoid Arthritis hospitalized patients were divided into 3 groups by TCM diagnosis, they are 34 patients of shenxuhanshengzheng group,98 patients of shenxubiaoreqingzheng group and 45 patients of shenxubiaorezhongzheng group. Record their reports of RF, ESR, ASO, CRP, C3, C4 and immune globulin IgG, IgM, IgA. Input them into computer, do data analysis with software SAS 9.0 and SPSS 17.0. To compare the difference between three groups and assess the relation between them.ResultThere may be significant correlation between the degree of heat and some analysis reports of Rheumatoid Arthritis patients.ConclusionCRP positive rate has shown a negative correlation to the degree of heat of Rheumatoid Arthritis patients.
