Purpose: In order to find new substances with anticancer bioactivities from metabollities of actinomycetes, the sponge associated marine actinomycetes P19-19 and TPF-4 were collected. The chemical constituents of the metabolites of bacterium were studied systematically.Material and method:The compounds from the ethyl acetate extracts were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC, and their structures were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and comparison of chemical and physical data with authentic samples reported in literatures.Results:1. 10 compounds were obtained, among the marine actinomycetes P19-19, 7 compounds structure were isolated and identified as follows: cyclo-(Phe-Tyr)(1), Benzeneethanol,4-hydr- oxy (2), 2H-1, 3-Thiazine-2,4(3H)-dione (3),Ethylidene,1-(4- hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxy- 2-oxo(4),succinic acid (5),uracil (6), 3-(4′- hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxypropanoic acid (7).2. 12 compounds were obtained, among the marine actinomycetes TPF-4, 9 compounds structure were isolated and identified as follows: chysophanol (1), 1,4,8-Trihydroxy-6- methylanthraquinone (2), cyclo-(Phe-hydroxypro) (3), cyclo-(Val-Pro)(4), cyclo-(Phe-Pro)(5), cyclo-(Trp-Pro)(6), cyclo-(Leu-Ala) (7), cyclo-(Phe-Ala)(8).Conclusion:1. Isolated compounds from the marine actinomycete P19-19 and identified their stuctures.2. Isolated compounds from the marine actinomyceteTPF-4 and identified their stuctures.
