Marine sponge Dysidea sp.belongs to class Demospongiae, order Dictyoceratida and family Dysideida. Marine sponge, the oldest and simplest multicellular animals widely spreads on earth, having been proved to be a particularly fruitful source of new compounds with novel structures and bioactivities.More and more compounds have been isolated from marine sponge demonstrated significant activities such as antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antivirus, and antitumor. So,it is noticeable that sponges have been one of the important medicine-source organisms. The study on natural products from sponges is also an important field of marine drug research and development. The article has collected the research production of marine sponge genus Dysidea, this years, scientists extract many new compounds with activities from Dysidea sp.and it has reported that nearly 300 compounds have been isolated from this sponge in the lecture at least now.It concludes terpene, sterol, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, diketopiperazines and polychlorinated metabilites. The purpose of my research is to get new compound with biology activities from the marine sponge genus Dysidea and identificate its structures. The ethanol partion was sepatated by various chromatographic methods including silical gel column, reverse silical gel column and Sephadex LH-20.We afford seven compounds, six of them were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analsis(MS,1 HNMR,13CMMR,DEPT,H-HCOSY,HSQC,HMBC),they are:Dysideanin A(â… ),DysideminB(â…¡),cyclo-(Pro-Leu) (â…¢),cyclo-(Pro-Ile)(â…£),1-[(10'-methy1) -eleven alky1]-glycerolaether(â…¤),cholesterol(â…¥). Compoundâ… ,â…¡were new,Compoundsâ…¢,â…£were isolated from this sponge for the first time,Compoundâ…¦is fatty acid. These can help people to recognize the constituents of the marine sponge genus Dysidea and also be apply to the science research of the sea animals.
