Yiqihuoxue Side Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Blood Flow Dynamics

Purpose:To research the effect of yiqiyangxuefang on hemodynamics of diabetic retinopathy,s central retinal artery and central retinal vein.Material and method:Choose 44 diabetic retinopathys(88eyes),and then divide them into two groups,one of which was treated by yiqiyangxuefang (traditional Chinese medicine group),and the other group was treated by Calcium Dobesilate Capsules (control group).Using color Doppler imagining(CDI) to determine the conditions of central retinal artery and central retinal vein,and then made a comparison between them.Results:ThePSV. EDV andVm of central retinal artery were all rised , PI and R I were declined.TheVmax. Vmin and Vm were declined.Conclusion:Diabetic retinopathy,s arteriole occlusion, descending blood flow velocity, ascending diastole vascular resistance reduce the blood flow. yiqiyangxuefang correct the abnormal of the diabetic ,s haemodynamics. Using color Doppler imagining(CDI) to determine the conditions of blood flow can know the change of retina circulatoryfunction, find the abnormal earlier ,direct the remedy and judge the prognosis .
