Objective:Observe the general state of health, morphology, axons counting, soleus muscle action potential, nerve conduction velocity of experiment canines after operation, To explore the possibility of bridging the sciatic nerve defects with the allografts wrapped with human amnion matrix membrane in canines. Methods:According to the operative methods, the canines were divided into three group:A group allografts were used to repair nerve, B group Human body placenta amniotic memberane wrap Chemically extracted acellular Nerve allografts were used to repair nerve, C group were used as the donor group. After finishing Human body placenta amniotic memberane and Chemically tracted acellular Nerve allograft, observe the general state of health, morphology, soleus muscle action potential, nerve conduction velocity of experiment canines by electrophysiology and pathology after operation. Adding up the data by the software of spss 17.0.Results:16 weeks after operation, all the targets including general state of health, morphology, axons counting, soleus muscle action potential of experiment canines of group B were significently better than that in group A. there were no differences between group A and group B in nerve conduction velocity (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1) allografts wrapped with human amnion matrix membrane through chemical extraction which has favourable histo compatibility can be used in repairing neurologic defect.(2) Skill of allografts wrapped with human amnion matrix membrane through chemical extraction had more profit to axon regeneration than normal allografts.(3) Skill of allografts wrapped with human amnion matrix membrane through chemical extraction is better than normal allografts.(4) There were no significent differences between group A and group B in nerve conduction velocity.
