| The drug couple,which is the most foundational and simplest form in the prescription compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,specially imply the prescription composed by two relative fixed Chinese medicine in clinic.This experiment is based on the research of Rhizoma Coptidis and Frutus Aurantii Immaturus,by using modern science and technology to systematically research the drug-pair compatibility of Rhizoma Coptidis and Frutus Aurantii Immaturus.The aim is to establishthe quality standers of the drug-pair and the pharmaceutical drugs on the preliminart study,to effectively control the quality of ingredients,to understand the main effect of the mater,to provide the basis for the clinical medicine.The experiment mainly includs: by researching chemical and pharmac- odynamics constituents,the preparation method and compatibility ratio of Rhizoma Coptidis-Frutus Aurantii Immaturus drug-pair is studied;the drug-pair is extracted and the best extraction technology is selected by using orthogonal experimental design method;the quality standard of the drug-pair's extract is researched by HPLC;HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of the drug-pair is established; pharmacokonetics and tissue distribution of Rhizoma Coptidis-Frutus Aurantii Immaturus is researched. |
