In order to explore the early micro vascular change of the sub dermalvascular network skin flap (SVNF) and to display the living mechanism ofSVNF, we selected 48 Chinese rabbits, which were divided into theexpaimental group and control group. The experimental group wassubdivided into A (simply SVNF) and B (skin flap was separated partiallyfrom the base by the silicon membrane) groups. The control group waslabeled as C group. 2 random SVNF in2.OcmX 10. 0cm sizes are designedon both sides of vertebrae. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, l4days postoperatively, the appearances of the skin flaps were observed by the naked eyes. The skin flaps were stained with H旹 .The vessels were filledby the ink to become samples. The skin flaps were divided into theproximal, medial and distal areas. The vascular density, thediameter of vessels and the change of vascular walls were studiedwith microscope. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSScon~~uter. Results:cD In 3 group, the parts of flaps proximal to thepec*icle were all alive. In A group, the most skin flaps me diedand distal to the pedicle were alive. In B group, the parts of flapsmedial and distal to the pedicle were partially necrotic. In C group, theparts of flap medial and distal to the pedicle were all necrotic.~X~ie proximal sub dermal vascular mean density: C group attainedthe highest peak Sdays postoperatively; larger than those of B andA groups. There is a significavit difference C (p<0.05; A and Bgroups attained to the highest peak 7 days postoperatively; The3three ~oups were similar 14 days postoperatively. The sub dermalmicro vessels of the medial area appeared a little lately. Thoseof A group appeared 5days later and B group 6days later. 甌heproximal sub dermal vascular mean diameter: A group was a littlehigh 5 days later but 6, 7days later significantly lower than thoseof B and C groups; B group attained to the peak 7 days later:C group was progressively getting higher and attained to the peak5?days later 5 days later was higher than these of A and Bgroups. l4days later, all 3 group are similar. ? days later, thereappeared the balls of sub dermal vessels in the medial areas of3 group samples. The medial area veins eve getting enlarger butvery sporadic. 4day later, the vessels of B group proximal to basewere open. The sub dermal micro vessels of a group were abundant. In the medial and distal areas of A and B group, there were lessmicro vessels, the sub dermal vessels were very sporadic . 6 dayslater, 3 group had abundant base and sub dermal micro vessels andlarge arteries and veins, and were observed to have newly bornvessels. In medial area, the micro vessels were seen less in A andB groups.Conclusion:1.SVNF have more rapid, earlier and larger blood supply.2.The ratio of the length and width of the flap is1.75?.0:1.3.The time of SVNF from pedicle is suitable at 6?dayspostoperatively.4.The blood supply of SVNF comes from the pedicle, fringe4and base.5.do not support the theory 搃ntermediary pedicle敗鯡ND-END ■Keywords:Subdermal vasscular network; Surgical flap; Microvessel;Density;Diameter.
