Curative Effect Observation and Mechanism Approach in ChronicAplastic Anemia Treated mainly with Yi Sui Sheng Xue PrescriptionSpeciality: Oncology, HematologyStudent: Thao LmgTutor: Prof. Tang YoujunAbstractObjective:To probe the clinical curative effect and the mechanism of Yi Sui Sheng Xue prescription therapy on chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Methods: 60 patients were randomed dividing treatment group and control group 30 cases each. The control group was adopted with pure western medicine, and the treatment group was used with Yi Sui Sheng Xue prescription and western medicine. The level of soluble Fas and FasL in plasma (sFas, sFasL) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after therapy. Results: The basic cure, remisswn and obvious progress cases were 12, 7, 7 cases respectively in treatment group, and the total effective rate was 86.7%. In the control group the basic cure, remission and obvious progress cases were 7, 6, 6 case respectively, and the total effective rate was 63.3%. The curative effects of the two groups were remarkable (P<0.05). After treatment the CD8 downs and CD4ICD8 going up in the treatment group were more remarkable than in the control group (P<0.O 5). The plasma sFas level after therapy were higher than before. The differences of two groups were significant (P<0.0 1). Before treatment, there existed abnormal in morphology and distribution of protein granules in protoplasmic face (PF) and extracellular face (EF) of RBC membrane. After treatment, it was improved and approached to control. Condusions: Integrated traditional Chinese and Western tiiedicine with the main of Yi Sui Sheng Xue prescription therapy on CAA has the higher curative effects, the fewer toxic and side effects. Not only did it adjusted orgasm~iminune ftmnctions but also stabilized red blood cell membrane protein and controLcell apoptosis.
