11-2 and serum IL-2R levels were measured respectively before and after surgery in 49 cases of lung cancer and esophagus cancer. 34 cases are tracked in the following year. The results show that pretreatment 11-2, slL-2R levels are significant difference, compared to normal control. Between non-relapse group and relapse group, 11-2 and slL- 2R expression are higher in the following year. The result suggests that the changes of lL-2 level and sIL-2R expression may be closely related to recurrence and prognosis with lung cancer and esophagus cancer. T lymphocyte subsets and serum slL-2R are measured with APAAP and Sandwich ELISA essay respectively in 103 tuberculosis cases and 18 lung cancers. The results show that, Progress phrase in tuberculosis patients are significantly different in CD4+, CD8+, C 04/008, Compared to convalescence phrase , improvement phrase patients and the normal, CD3+ cell percentage is not different from the normal. Serum slL-2R levels in progress phrase , convalescence phase patients are significantly higher than improvement phrase. Compare to normal, lung cancer patients are significantly lower in 0D3+, 008+, CD4/CD8 before operation, CD8+ cells are not different from the normal. A month after operation, T lymphocyte subset percentages are resumed to normal. The results suggest that T lymphocyte subsets and slL-2R would be valuable to treatment and recurrence in tuberoresis and lung cancer. Serum slL-2R is tested in various blood diseases, including ALL, ANLL, CLL, lymthoma, MDS, ITP, AA and myeloma. THe results show that slL-2R are significantly higher in the malignant blood diseases and MDS than in the normal control. slL-2R expression has a great difference between AA and MDS. slL-2R expression may be an indication to distinguish MDS from atypical AA.
