| The health of the aged and the treatment of aging disease gradually become hot topics of project following the coming of society agmg~ Blood stasis is a common clinical syndrome of aging disease. Guided by the basic theory of TCM, this article established the major method of treating agingourishing Ym and promoting blood circulation, explained completely and systematically the mechanism of treating the aging blood syndrome stasis by the method of nourishing Ym and promoting blood circulation from theoretical and experimental study. In theoretical study, the article focused on the basis for argument, mechanism of treatment and regular of application. First, treating the aging blood stasis syndrome by the method is due to its pathological charactereficiency of Yin and blood stasis. Second, the main effect of the method is to lubricate arteries and veins, nourish Yin, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and clear out collaterals, strengthen vital Qi and eliminate pathogen, oppose senescence. Third, its basic principle of treating the aging blood stasis by the method is to master the applicable signs, actively make formulas and coordinate related treaflnents In experiment, based on reproducing the rat model of aging blood stasis syndrome, carried out many expenments to study the mechanism of the method. The results showed the method could unprove the hemorbeology of the rat model, restrain platelet aggregate rate, resist thrombosis, oppose oxidation, senescence and protect human vessels endothelial cell. |
