Chronic anterior uveitis is a common disease in ophthalmology.The disease and complications have seriously affected the normal life and physical and mental health of patients.Western medicine mainly treats this disease with glucocorticoids,ciliary muscle paralysis agents and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug eye drops.There are many drawbacks in the separate use of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The purpose of this paper is to seek the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to achieve complementarity.By learning predecessors’ experience and inheriting the essence of predecessors,we can consult a large number of documents.Combining Professor Lushan’s treatment of this disease for many years,we can master detailed data.To analyze the characteristics of chronic anterior uveitis: long-term and repeated recovery;conscious eye pain,dry eyes,photophobia,blurred vision;visual acuity decreased in varying degrees,red or purple red,black eye posterior wall with small attachments,muddy water or see blood pouring pupils,yellow benevolence swelling and unclear texture,pupil tightness,or yellow benevolence slight wasting,pupils The whole body manifestations: dizziness and tinnitus,soreness of waist and knee,insomnia and irritability,dry mouth and throat,insomnia and dreaminess,five-heart upset,dark red tongue,little coatingor,vein tortuosity and dilation under the tongue.Combine all aspects.It is concluded that the occurrence and development of this disease are mainly due to liver and kidney,and the pathogenesis is Yin deficiency,fire prosperity and blood stasis.Treat with nourishing Yin and reducing fire,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Using Professor Lushan’s experience prescription Wen Qing Di Dang Tang as the basic prescription,the clinical effect is clear.In order to provide fresh ideas and methods for clinical treatment of chronic anterior uveitis.
