Professor Guo Enmian Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Experience

Professor Guoenniian, was engaged in clinical and teaching fields for over 40 years, who had accumulated a lot of clinical experience. He thought the causes of chronic nephritis were mainly relative with the patient's congenital constitution and exhaustion of five zhang-organs, especially the lung, spleen and kidney, and infected by wind-cold, wind-heat, damp-heat evil, and the other toxic evils. Professor Guo gained a better therapeutic effect in treating the disease with comprehensive methods like tonificating spleen and kidney, eliminating dampness by cooling, promoting blood for detoxifcation, warming yang for diuresis.
