Objective:To study the relationship between the infection of LIP and expression of p16, c-erbB2 proteins in gastric carcinoma and its precancerous lesions, and to study the affect of p1 6, c-erbB2 proteins on the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and its precancerous lesions. Methods: Using Immunohistochemistry SP method detected p16, c-erbB2 proteins and using Wsrthin-Starry method detected infection of I-il?in 90 cases of paraffin section specimens of gastric mucosa, which are separated into the group of gastric carcinoma, gastric precancerous carcinoma and the normal control. Results: The infection rate of HIP in the group of carcinoma, and 2 precancerous lesions was significantly higher than the normal control group; the expression rate of p16 protein decreased from the normal control group , precancerous group, to the gastric carcinoma group ,but the expression rate of c-erbB2 increased from the normal control group , precancerous group, to the gastric carcinoma group. Conclusion: The infection of HP and the abnormal expression of p1 6,c-erbB2 proteins in the cell of gastric epithelium mucosae were related to the genesis and development of the gastric carcinoma. |
