Asthma And Lung Inflation Lung Deficiency Syndrome Clinical Observation And Experimental Research

Objective:To inquire the deficiency of lung-yang sydrome's nature and explicit it's mechanism in the Panting Syndrome and Lung Distension so as to provide scientific basis for the treatment of the two diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Thirty-three cases with the deficiency of lung-yang syndrome are divided into two groups in random a.e Panting Syndrome group and Lung Distension group .The Panting Syndrome group has 17 cases and the other has 16 cases .We reseach blood gas analysis ,test of immune globulin , blood rheology, test of serum NO and TNF- α then compared the marks with the nomal people's and compute the data with statistics which have a t-test of measurement data witrx±sResult:The Panting Syudrome group and the Lung Distension group are both significantly different with the nomal's in blood gas analysis . test of immune globulin, blood rhelogy , test of serum NO and TNF-α. Compared with normal's the two deficiency of Lung-yang groups have lower Ca . SaO₂ . PaO₂, No and higher PaCO₂ . blood viscosity, TNF-α Forthermore, the trendency is obvious when the patients are complicated by the deficiency of other organs.Conclusion:Patients with the deficiency of lung-yang syndrome are lower in C₃. SaO₂. PaO₂. NO and higher in PaCO₂. Blood viscosity. TNF-α than the normal people.When complicated by the deficiency of other organs the drop and rise are distinct.
