[Objective]: From the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine theoryperspective, with erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase as the main indexes, carry onclinical observation of Lung distension syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency ofyang, phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome, lung and kidney qi deficiencysyndrome.Through the analysis and research of these three different types of lung distensionon erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase standard, To explore the correlation between lungdistension syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang and erythrocyte membraneNa+-K+-ATPase standard.Reveal the pathological mechanism of lung distension syndrome ofwater diffusion due to deficiency of yang, and provide theoretical basis for further improveclinical efficacy.[Method]: Methods the investigation of clinical epidemiology was applied, using arandomized controlled design observation, According to the case selection criteria in34casesof Lung distension syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang,29cases of lungand kidney qi deficiency syndrome,44cases of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome, atotal of107cases. According to the clinical manifestations, treated with cardiac function、pulmonary function evaluation,Cardiac ultrasound examination, Left ventricular ejectionfraction, pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary function test、pulmonary function test:FVC、FEV、FEV1/FVC.Using a double-antibody sandwich method to test erythrocyte membraneNa+-K+-ATPase standard. Observe three groups of clinical symptoms and signs of Lungdistension as syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang, phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome, lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, and the changes of laboratory index.Evaluation the influence in lung distension such as erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPaseand other laboratory indexes and symptoms.[Result](:1)Syndromes comparison: Three groups of patients according to the numerical sizeof erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase are arranged from low to high as: syndrome ofwater diffusion due to deficiency of yang group<lung and kidney qi deficiency syndromegroup<phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome group, Results There was statisticallysignificant difference between syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang groupand phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome group(P<0.05);(2)Body temperature and frost tender: There was no significant correlation between bodytemperature and erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase in patients of the three groups, but thepatients with fear of cold symptom was significantly lower than thefearless cold symptom, there is significant statistical difference between them(P<0.05);(3)Edema: No significant statistical differences between the patients with edema of lowerextremity symptoms and no edema of lower extremity symptoms with erythrocyte membraneNa+-K+-ATPase(P>0.05);(4)Age and Course of Disease: There is a significant correlation between the course ofdiseas and erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase(P<0.05),While there was no significantcorrelation between age and erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase;(5)Pulmonary Function Evaluation: The lung distension patients’s erythrocyte membraneNa+-K+-ATPase in inpulmonary functionⅢ were significantly lower than pulmonaryfunction Ⅰ,There was a significant difference between these two(P<0.05),Patients withhigher pulmonary function level had lower erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase,FEV1/FVCvalue had significant correlation with the erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase;(6)Cardiac Function Evaluation: The lung distension patients’s erythrocyte membraneNa+-K+-ATPase in Cardiac functionⅣ were significantly lower than pulmonaryfunctionⅠ,and the lung distension patients’s erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase inCardiac functionⅡ were significantly lower than pulmonary functionⅠ, there was asignificant difference; And no statistical significance between the different cardiac function levels of lung distension patients.(7)Cardiac Ultrasound Examination and PulmonaryFunction Test: Cardiac ultrasound examination and pulmonary function test showed nodiffenences between three grous, The difference was not statistically significant.[Conclusion]: Erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase level in syndrome of water diffusiondue to deficiency of yang group was minimum, there was statistical significance comparedphlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome group; The erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase isnot a direct impact on the patient’s body temperature, but have a significant impact on thepatient’s fear of cold symptoms; when erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase reduced to acertain degree has a indirect effect on the mean corpuscular volume, and correlatedsignificantly with the mean corpuscular volume and edema; There was no significantassociation between erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase and edema; To extend the courseof disease in patients with lung distension compared to the growth of the age had a significanteffect on the erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase; FEV1/FVC value hadsignificant correlation with the erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase,Patients with higherpulmonary function level had lower erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase;The lungdistension patients’s erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase in Cardiac functionⅣ weresignificantly lower than Cardiac functionⅠ, But the erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase isnot entirely with the classification of cardiac function decreased activity.
