| Objective:Uterus hemorrhage is a frequently encountered gynopathy, it often leads to anemia, infection, infertility etc. According to the pathogenesis of salpingemphraxis and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combing with the pharmacologic research, we prescipted a formula named "Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji", and it has been used for remedy for many years, the result is significant. Our experiment want to view from a mordera medical angle, and with the help of mordern science and techonology and inspecting apparatus, observe what Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji have done to the model with its blood coagulation, inflammatory exudation, recalcification time, uterus contractility and investigate its functional mechanism and apply theorical basis for its wide clinical use.Methods:In this test, we mainly inquire four functions: cloning function, inflammatory exudation, recalcification time and uterus contractility, which given by "Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji".Fourty mice were chosen and divided into four groups randomly: model control group, Gongxuening group, hige dose Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji group and low dose Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji group, we perfuse medicine into its stomach regularly, after a week, we observe variation of bleeding time and clotting time.Chose fourty mice and group them, we perfuse medicine as head. A week later, vas capillare permeability test was conducted. In order to get inflammatory reaction, we chose acefate as inflammatory factor and Evan's blue through vein. Twenty minutes later, we excute the mice and open its abdomen, washing by 0.9%Nacl then collect washing liquid and centrifugalize it .Observing OD value at 590nm in Type 721Spectrophometer, we can know flammatory exudation level and variation of vas capillare permeability of mouse.Chose fouty mice and randomly group them: model group, control group, high dosage group, low dosage group. We perfuse medicine into its stomach regularly. Ten days later, we collect carotid blood, firstly, adding sodium citrate and mixing after ten minutes centrifugalization, then adding Ca2+ and mixing finally. We put the mixture into warm water container and calculate time. After one minute, we cal this time as recalcification time and observe influence given by Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji in recalcification time.Select twelve mature unpregancy rabbits and randomly group them into four groups, which were given medicine for twenty days regularly. From the 18th day, we give Diethylstilbestrol in order to increase uterus sensitivity by medicine. On twenty day anesthetizing by pentobarbital, we find uterus through middle incision in lower abdomen,then suture left uterus vagina- side and uterus ovarium side together and put it tight at bottom of. tube which contain Luo's liquid. We trace contract curve line and compare variation of uterus contract frequency amplitude and persistence time. Alldata were analysed by SPSS for windows.Results:There is very significant difference between Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji high dosagee group and the model group (p<0.05)and there is significant difference between the low dose group and the model group (p<0.05); and there is no difference between the low dose group and Gongxuening group (p > 0.05),there is significant difference between the model group and Gongxuening group (p<0.05).There is very significant difference between the high dose group and model group (p<0.05);there is significant difference between the low dose group and model group (p<0.05);there is no significant difference between the low dose group (P>0.05)There is very significant difference between Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji high dose group and the model group(P>0.05); and there is significant difference between the low dose group and the model group (P>0.05); and there is no difference between the low dose group and Gongxuening group (p > 0.05);there is significant difference between the model group and Gongxuening group (P>0.05);here is very significant difference between Fu-ke-zhi-xue-he-ji low dose group and the model group(p<0.05); and there is signific... |
