Clinical Studies Of Comfortable Oral Treatment Of Thoracic Obstruction (angina Pectoris)

Objective: Studying the therapeutic effects and security of Shuxin Oral Liquid in treating Coronary Angina Pectoris(CAP) of qi-yin deficiency and the blood stasis syndrome.Methods: 424 patients of Coronary Angina Pectoris were divided into treatment group (n=213),control group (n=121) and open group (n=90).The clinical symptoms,signs,electrocardiogram and Nitroglycerin decreasing rate were observed in the patients of the two groups respectively before administration of medications and four weeks after medications.Results: The results showed that the total effective rate of Shuxin Oral Liquid on improving clinical symptoms of patients with CAP was 88.26% and very superior to that of Zixinyin Oral Liquid(P<0.05). Shuxin Oral Liquid could markedly alleviate pain of patients(P<0.01).The improvement at Nitroglycerin decreasing rate in the treatment group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was not significant electrocardiogram difference(P>0.05) between two groups before and after treatment.
