| Objective: To observe the Effect of Qingxuan Granule on acute bronchitis.Method : Qingxuan Granule was investigated in four national bases of clinical hospitals from July, 2001 to June, 2002, based on file (1999)ZL-15 of National Physic Administration Bureau. Four hundred and forty-one cases of acute bronchitis or acute episode of chronic bronchitis (hot sputum type) were selected with randomized blind control method. 301 cases treated with Qingxuan Granule were setup as the treatment group and 140 cases treated with Juhong Granule were setup as the control group.Result: The difference of WM effect or TCM effect between the two groups were significant (P<0. 01).Conclusion: There was well effect of Qingxuan Grannule on acute bronchitis or acute episode of chronic bronchitis (hot sputum type) . |
