| The study is one part of the important research of the shanxi science and technology institute. The research is about the observation that Weiantaijiao nang treats on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC) in clinical and experimential lines.Professor BAI assumed the responsibility of the research. I performaned on the portion of the experimental part.Under the instruction and helps of some teachers and students,I have finished the problem successfully.Now I expound the paper from the under parts.1.the research of technic way and quality criterion of Weiantai jiao nangWeiantai jiao nang is my teacher's effective medical prescription,which can treat on PLGC effectively. Professor BAI has worked it out according to his clinical experiences of thirty years.In order to use it conveniently, We formulated strict technic way according to Weiantai's effective component ,which is to adopt stilling, ethanol extracting and water decocting to make extract and put it into capsules.Then I utilized thin-layer chromatography to evaluate heterophylly falsestarwort root, sanchi and immature bitter orange in the prescription. In the way,I have made out the quality criterion of Weiantai jiao nang.2.the research of pharmacodynamics of Weiantai jiao nangI adopted the comprehensive making model way,which is to drink the solution containing MNNG, abnormal diet and to take medicine to inhibit Gastric acid secretion.Before making model, I had divided the rats into normal group, prevention group and making model group randomly. After confirming that the model have been made successfully,I divided the rats of making model group into the group of high dose of weiantai jiao nang,the group of medium dose of it, the group of low dose of it,the group of wei mei su administration and the group of pathology matched control randomly according to their weight.I used weiantai jiao nang that can replenish qi to invigorate spleen,regulate qi to disperse abdominal mass and resolve stagnation to remove toxical material " to treat on the dease according to different dose,and contrasted the effect with wei mei su. After finishing the experiment, I took down the rats'gastrics and estimated their microcirculation. According to different places,I observed the tissue of the gastrics.After staining them by the way of HE,I surveyed their changes in pathology by use of microscope.Drawing on the technology of immuohisochemistry staining,I examined the changes of the P53 gene in the cells.I also perspectived the changes of the grains of AgNORs.In this way,I investigated the weiantai jiao nang's influence on the P53 gene in the cells and on the grains of AgNORs.The results show that weiantai jiao nang can better the pathology changes of the gastric mucous membrane of the PLGC rats and increase their local blood circulation ,raise the expression of P.S3 protain and decrease the content of AgNORs particles of gastric mucous membraneo.In this way,I want to explore its action mechanism. During the processs of making model,the rats of prevention group were offed weiantai jiao nang.Finally I contrasted them with the rats of all the other groups,andthe results show that there are differences of pathology changes,which make it clear that weiantai jiao nang can prevent rats from PLGC and even turn it back.3.the research of toxicology of Weiantai jiao nangAccording to the technology standard of the Toxicology research of Chinese materia medicas,I had performanced the experiment of the herb's acute toxicity.By the prospective experiment I have found I can not get its LD5o,then I made the research of the maximum tolerance limit which I can give the mice.I found that the amount is 150.3g/kg,It is 1250 times as much as the amount of man is,which shows that weiantai jiao nang has minimal side-effect. After the experiment of pharmacodynamics,I had observed the rats'hearts,livers, kidneys and lungs in naked eyes and I didn't find any change of pathology.Then I collected the blood serum of the rats to estimate their livers and kindeys function.In this w... |
