Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of disease characteriaed in respiration system by different causes and similar pathogenesis which is finally leading to fibrosis. Its pathogenesis is not thoroughly understand till now. Recently the incidence rate of Pulmonary fibrosis has trend of increaing, and the death rate of Pulmonary fibrosis has trend of increasing, pulmonary fibrosis is difficult to treat. At present, the urgent question affronting the medical science field is to seek effective medcine for pulmonary fibrosis.Gluocoreicoid and celltoxin is dissatiafactory effects of glucocorticoid. At present the urgent question affronting the medical scinence field is to seek effective medical for pulmonary fibrosis.Pulmonary fibrosis is two kinds which have specifical and pulmonary fibrosis is caused by many cause,but have smiliar pathogenesis, early It have alveolar structure destruction and diffuse alveolitis will cause over of ECM thus leading to fibrosis ,cause respiratory function destruction, Most of the patients die from respiratory failure from progressive plumonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is modern medicin which is not name to similar.According to TCM theory, the position of Pulmonary fibrosis is in the lung and related with Five Zang organs,and deficiency of qi and yin,together with blood and phlegm stasis are the key pathogenesis.During the development of Pulmonary fibrosis, path often uill transmiss from qi to blood, there were qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in Pulmonary fibrosis rats, Qi difciency and stasis were not exist independently but can affect each other and cause diseases together develpoment of disease. Qi deficienly become more deficiency, blood stasis become more Stasis.In this thesis, aiming directly. It protect qi and yin thus can improve the pathological status of qi deficiency and blood stasis and strenthening spleen in Pulmonary fibrosis , including clinical proved recipe observed the effects of Hu Xian effects emptre pulmonary fibrosis, which effects are strengthening the lung, spleeneliminating phlegm and blood stasis and activicting circulation in the collateral on Pulmonary fibrosis rats model induced by bleomycin.The experimental research includes five parts as following1.The study at the effects of HXJ on pathomorphology, pulmonary function in Pulmonary fibrosis rats.2.The study on the effects of HXJ on the content of HYP in Pulmonary fibrosis rats.In this study,we observed the effects HXT on pulmonary fibrosis rats by observing HYP content.3.The study on the effect of HXJ on expression of TGF- ,proteining tissue of pulmonary fibrosis rats.In this study, we observed the express of TGF- in the lung tissue by immunohistiochemistry and image analysis in order to go further into the mechanism of HXJ acting on ECM metabolism in pulmonary from cytokine angle.The results showed that TGF- protein strongly expressed in pulmonary fibrosis rats lung tissue at 7d and 14d,but at 28d there was no significent difference betweetn model group and normal group.after HXJ and prednisone treatmet,the intensity of TGF- protein expression was significantly weak,and at 14d down to normal level.HXJ has an positive action on improving the disorder of ECM metabolism by inhibiting the auxo-action of TGF- $ on ECM deposition and alleviating the strong repression of it on ECM degradation.4.The study on the effect of HXJ on expression of NF- B in the lung tissue of pulmonary fibrosis rats.In this study, we observed the expression of NF- B is involved in the process of BLM-induced pulmonoary fibrosis. HXJ has inhibitory effects on alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis in this model possibly by depressing NF- B activity.5.The study on the effects of HXJ on expression of MMP-2/TIMP-1 protein and MMP-2mRNA In study we observed the changes of expression MMP-2/TIMP-1 protein and MMP-2mRNA in lung tissuse at different phase by immunohistochemistry, in the situ hybridization and image analysise,and approached the mechanisms of HXJ on pulmonoary fibrosis. studying HXJ influence on MMP-2/IT...
