Renal Failure ¢ñ Mixture Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure And Its Clinical Studies, Patients With Serum Tnf-¦Á And No

OBJECTIVE :The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Shen Shuai I Hao Heji on treating chronic renal failure (CRF),and search a effectual method of TCM in treating CRF. METHODS:60 patients with CRF were divided into 2 groups at random Shen Shuai I Hao He ji therapeutic group(Group A ,n =30).Ai Xite control group (Group B,n=30).Group A took Shen Shuai I Hao Heji three times daily ,30ml each time .Group B took Ai Xite three times ,4 tablets each time .The therapeutic period is two moths .Before and after experiment,we assayed the patient's Hemoglobin urinary 24hupq, blood biochemical criterion ,Scr ,BUN, ALB, ALT,blood TNF-α and blood NO. Recorded the change of patients'clinical symptoms .At last observed the difference of therapeutic effect between group A and group B . RESTULT: Result of the study could be summarized as:1 After treatment ,both Shen Shuai I Hao Heji and Ai Xite could decrease Scr remarkably (P <0.05),and two groups have remarkable difference(P <0.01) .But group A could decrease BUN remarkably (P <0.01),their effects were better than group B.2 Shen Shuai I Hao Heji could improve the patients'clinical symptoms,decrease urinary protein and serum inorganic phosphorus ,increase Albumen and blood calcium (P <0.01,or P <0.05).Its effect was better than Ai Xite's .And blood k did not hoist in A and B groups.3 All patients'blood TNF-αand NO were higher than that of general persons obviously (P <0.01), Shen Shuai I Hao Heji could decrease blood TNF-aand NO significantly (P<0.05),its effect was better than Ai Xite's .4 The effect of experiment indicated :There were significant interrelation between blood TNF-aand NO ,between the TNF-aand Scr (r=0.757,r=0.658;P <0.01). CONCLUSION :The alteration of TNF-αand NO could play a important role in CRF. Shen Shuai I Hao Heji could improve renal function and clinical symptoms.decreade urinary protein, adjust calcium-phosphorus metabolism.decrease blood TNF-aand NO . Shen Shuai I Hao Heji therapy could markedly retard the rate of progression of CRF.
