This experiment at in the earlier period experiment foundation, attempts through to continue to observe the acupuncture to bondage stress model, adjuvant arthritis (AA)model rat's influence, according neuro-endocrine-immune network theory, promulgates the acupuncture and moxibustion wholly regulation the partial mechanisms. The experiment bondage stress model, adjuvant arthritis model took the research object, observes acupuncture's influence to the model which immunity is out of balance led by different stressor. The experiment uses male Wistar rat 72, randomly divided into 9 groups: The normal group, the model group, bondage stress model group, the AA needle Shanzhong group, the AA needle Guanyuan group, the AA needle non- point group, the bondage stress model needle Shanzhong group, the bondage stress model needle Guanyuan group and bondage stress model needle non- point group, each group of 8. The experiment chooses the acupuncture point for Shanzhong, Guanyuan and the non- point. Compared with between acupuncture point, between acupuncture point and non- acupuncture point to organism influence. The experimental conclusion is, the acupuncture regulating action is various, the multi- links, the multi- ways, the multi- levels, the acupuncture to the nerve, the endocrine, the immunity three systems has the control action, main result as follows: 1.acupuncture can cause the AA rat joint to be red, to swell ,symptom and so on heat reduce, the joint swelling rate reduces, under the microscope observes the joint synovium inflammation cell to infiltrate obviously reduces, articular cartilage structure integrity.
