The acupuncture effects have proved on imbalance diseases of immunoregulation. Dumeridian has been applied frequently to regulate immunology function for its controlling Yang. Our study expects to discuss how Du meridian regulate immunology function byneuro-endocrino-immune system. Furthermore, it can explore the mechanism of acupuncture bymodern medical science. It can provide the basis in theory and experiment to treat the imbalance ofimmunoregulation and interrelated diseases. It is better for the prescription of acupoint to improveeffects, as to promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion. Adjuvant Arthritis models of rats were made. Observe the inflammation of Dazhui,Mingmen,Feixue electropuncture therapy on the joints & the content of interleukin - 2(IL-2) in thalamus, spleen, renal gland, serum; CRH, β-EP in thalamus; TNFα, Cort inserum. Observe the impacts of acupuncture in neurosis system, endocrine system, andimmunity system while immunity imbalance, and summarize the law of acupunctureinfluence. Explain the function of acupuncture in regulating immunity further. In our experiment 40 Wistar male rats were divided into 5 groups at random, asfollows: Contrast group (8, abbreviated as normal group), Adjuvant Arthritis modelgroup (8, abbreviate as model group), Dazhui electropuncture group (8, abbreviated asDazhui group), Mingmen electropuncture group(8, abbreviated as Mingmengroup) ,Feixue electropuncture group (8, abbreviated as Feixue group). Experimentchoose Dazhui, Mingmen according to Dazhui as the respect of Du meridian to regulateimmunology function, Mingmen which can warm kidney to produce yang . The experimental result shows: 1 After the acupuncture, pathology of joint indicates: Acupuncture has reduced theinflammation, promoted the exudates to absorb, and suppressed the inflammationreaction. It takes a favorable turn in electropuncture group obviously on inflammationswelling . 2 Acupuncture can promote T lymphocyte rate of increase, B lymphocyte rate ofincrease, promote T lymphocyte function, B lymphocyte function. It shows as reduceamong thalamus, shows as rise in spleen, serum& renal gland.Verify that theelectropuncture of Dazhui, Mingmen can influence the content of IL-2 in the nerve, immunity, endocrine secretion variant levels, in order to resist inflammation on immunefunction. 3 As the adjustable inflammation factor, the serum TNFα content is reduced afteracupuncture to suppresses the inflammation. 4 It shows as reduce in the content of CRH in thalamus & that of Cortex in serumABSTRACT 5after acupuncture, indicates the tendency to turn down in the normal direction, briefs onacupuncture can transfer the function of regulating endocrine secretion hormone. Afterthe acupuncture the content of β- EP in thalamus appears lower, indicate acupuncture canpromote thalamus releasing β- EP. 5 The content of IL-2& that of β-EP in thalamus posses positive correlation, and thecontent of CRH& that of IL-2 in thalamus posses positive correlation. The immuneregulating action that briefed on the electropuncture further regulated each other throughthe neural peptide / neurotransmitter, hormone and CK. 6Function laws, which compare point: Dazhui is good at suppressing theinflammation, while Mingmen is strong to the regulating immune function; it is Feixuethat has regulating action too. According the above, prove that electropuncture therapy in Du Meridian can resistinflammation & regulate immune function. Verify that the electropuncture of Dazhui,Mingmen, Feixue can resist inflammation on immune function, based on the regulationof neuropeptide, hormone, cytokine in thalamus, serum, spleen, renal gland, and so on.Prove acupuncture acupoint can go on immune adjustment to theneuro-endocrine-immune network through common medium IL-2, β- EP, CRH, etc.
