Qing Xie Shao Yang Fang (Qi Dan Tong Bi Tang, QDTBT), the object ofthis study is the experience formula of professor Kong guang yi used intreating Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in clinic and has been gottenremarkable curative effect .For the sake of discovering the formula'sfunctionary mechanism, laying a foundation of deeper research, we hadbeen done a series of experiments. The paper is divided into two parts, theoretics research andexperiment research. Theoretics research: Analyse and conclude the meaning of ShaoYangand its physiology and pathology by summing up the ancient and moderntheories about ShaoYang, on the other side ,discuss the root of "hot"producing in RA pathological process , sequentially, illuminate therelation between the "hot" and ShaoYang, expatiate the theoreticalbasis of QDTBT. For the more , summarize the developing mechanism of RApathological process in arthrosis synovial membrane . Experiment research: choose AA rats as the research object, discussthe functionary mechanism of Qing Xie Shao Yang Fang 1 (QXSYF1)and QingXie Shao Yang Fang 2 (QXSYF2), (QDTBT and the formula subtracted someherbs from QDTBT ) by means of cultivating arthrosis synovial membranefibroblast and using serum pharmacology. The experiment consist of fiveparts, observing the whole effects of using QDTBT to AA rats;proliferation of synovial membrane fibroblast cell; the release quantityof IL-1β,IL-6 ,NO and LDH . The result display that : 1.Both kinds of the serum containing QXSYF1 or 2 high dose groupscan restrain proliferation of synovial membrane fibroblast . 2.The serum containing QXSYF1 high dose group can fall the releasequantity of IL-1β; it and QXSYF2 low dose group both can fall the releasequantity of IL-6. 3.The serum containing QXSYF1 low dose group and QXSYF2 low dose groupcan decrease the concentration of NO in culture medium. 4.The serum containing QXSYF1 high dose group and QXSYF2 high dosegroup can increase the release quantity and quotiety of LDH. Experiment results indicate that the serum containing QXSYF1 or 2can restrain proliferation of synovial membrane fibroblast to a greater英文摘要 5or lesser extent , and inhibit the secretory volume of IL-1β,IL-6 ,NOto some extent.
