It is mainly to treat the syndrome of the def iciency of the kidney-yin and yang in the peri-menopausal period syndrome.We have biological experiments on the basis of the research to the DINGKUN Capsule on the aspects of technique, dosage and the standard of ojiality. The result had showed that: the DINGKUN Capsule can stimulate the appearance of the oestrus of the immature female rats obviously, increase the amount of the uterus and estradiol in the serum, increase the uterus weight of the mouse without ovary. All the results had proved it has estrogen-like function. The research also implied the DINGKUN Capsule has the functions of sedation^ hypnosis and anti-fatigue. It is a good basis for the further research and development of the DINGKUN Capsule.
