Osteoarthritis is one most common joint disease in old people, which clinical character is the integrity of joint cartilage be destroyed. Now OA has become a focus problem for patient, doctor and society.This recapitulation reviewed systematically the literature about knee OA, including its epidemiology, basic and clinical study and all kinds of its therapy. And also we provide some problems about current position of the treatment and research of knee OA to discuss with teachers, especially the role of TCM.
