Retreat Sticky Complex Broth, Clinical Observations, A Hypercoagulable State In Coronary Heart Disease Yin Phlegm And Blood Stasis

The basic pathology of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) is complex,and the formation of hypercoagulable states is important in thrombosis.Recent study shows that hypercoagulable states plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CHD. The plasma levels of P selection(GMP140) as makers of disease activity and short and long-term prognosis seems to be of clinical value.Objectives:To explore the clinical effect of Tuinianfuqingtang ,the action of P-selection(GMP140) in occurrence and development of CHD and the effect of Tuinianfuqingtang on them.Methods:Patients with CHD were randomly divided into the treated group (2leases treated with basic treatment plus Tuinianfuqingtang) and the control group (22 cases treated with basic treatment),the therapeutic course was 4 weeks for both groups.The clinical effect after treatment and changes of P-selection(GMP140) before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 4-week treatment,the total effective rate of the treated group is78%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 72%, there is no significant difference statistically between the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of P-selection(GMP140) lowered in the control group (P<0.05),and the changes of P-selection(GMP140) before and after treatment showedsignificant difference statistically in the treated group.Conclusions:P-selection (GMP140) play an important role in the occurrence and development of CHD.The obvious effect of Tuinianfuqingtang in relieving hypercoagulable states is of great importance in preventing the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease clinically.
