In Traditional Chinese Medicine " Take Like Class " Logical And Scientific Connotation Of The Basis

The thinking of classification according to manifestation is the main thinking pattern of the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. The concrete thinking is it's chief pattern. It has all the characteristics that the concrete thinking has, such as image attribute, whole attribute, sensible attribute, full of emotion. Meanwhile, it has its own unique characteristic: The unique concrete logical law during the thinking process. The process is : firstly taking the "image" of the objects, then "classifying" the "image"--analog, reasoning, finally obtaining certain conclusion. The" image" is the ideational image, which is abstract, and be summarized by the common image information of a kind of objective things--idea image. The image is also called object image. It mainly includes: the interspace shape of the objects; some image characters such as the attribute, structure, motion shape of the things and the contact and relationship between two things. The process of the classification according to manifestation obtaining the "image" is the abstract and summarizing process from the image of the objective things (object image) to the image of the things (idea image). It belongs to the unconscious and basic deducing activity which be acted by the unconsciousness ability of the human brain. We called it as primary analogy deduction. The species of the classification according to manifestation is classified by the whole classification by the Yin-Yang and Five Elements in the Chinese traditional culture. It is not the species existing in the objective world which is classified by the modern science. The ancient scholars of China had dynamically analyzed this kind of whole classifying method of the Yin-Yang and Five Elements and had summarized thedynamic related law between them--the opposition andinterdependence of Yin and Yang, the waning and waxing of Yin and Yang; the transformation between Yin and Yang; the generation and restriction of the Five Elements. This kind of dynamic related law is the logical law that the classification according to manifestation followed. We called it as concrete(Yin-Yang) thinking.
