ObjectionLower limb deep venous thrombosis syndrome is chronic lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Most patients see a doctor in chronic period because missing out correct diagnosis and effective treatment in acute period. In chronic period, there is not satisfying and accordant treatment. Some scholars believe that there is no any effect method for this disease. The patient can only wait for the recirculation of the deep vein. But when waiting, the sick leg is invalid. So it is indispensable to find a good measure to cure this disease and make it to be a criterion. Methods60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. There is not significant difference in age, gender and other aspects between two groups.30 cases were treated by the treatment of western medicine (control group),to other 30 cases(treated group),Chinese drugs were given additionally according to the syndrome differentiation.Control group was treated by the treatment of western medicine with vasodilator, anti-agglutination etc, diminishing inflammation and using diuresis when necessary. Patient who had ulcer was treated with surgery's routine method. When the granulation tissue in the ulcer became health, gene therapy was used to promote the ulcer to recovery.Based on the western medicine treatment, treatment group was divided into three types and treated additionally with Chinese drugs according to the syndrome differentiation. A course of treatment was finished in 7 days. Have a rest for 2-3 days between each two courses of treatment. Treat every patient for 3 courses in succession. Compare the recent curative effect between two the above-mentioned groups after one month's treating. The change of edema, bloated pain and color of the limbs were observed. Such indexes as blood viscidity, blood fibrinogen, and ET-1 etc were measured before and after treating.ResultsIn the treated group, 10 patients got well, and the treatment showed markedly effective in 12 patients, effective in 8,the total markedly effective rate being 73.3%, while in the control group, the corresponding numbers were 3,9,18 and 40%.Comparsion between the two groups showed significant difference(p<0.05). Two groups of patients did not have the appearances of aggravating and complication such as pulmonary embolism during the treatment period. The difference of the change of indexes such as blood viscidity, blood fibrinogen, and ET-1 etc between two groups was significantConclusionsThe integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine is economical, secure and effective for lower limb deep venous thrombosis syndrome. It is a promising method and worthy of research.
