Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Treatment Of Integrated The Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine For The Patients With Primary Lower Extremity Deep Vein Valve Insufficiency

BACKGROUD and OBJECTIVE:The patients with primary lower extremity deep vein valve insufficiency always show lower extremity varicose veins. Now there are eighty million ~ one hundred million people who got this disease in our country. The venous ulcer is one of familiar complications of lower extremity varicose veins. The incidence of the disease is 0. 4~1%. It affected people on labor ability seriously and quantity of life. The study would retrospectively analyze the cases of external valvuloplasty of the first pair of superficial femoral vein with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(ePTFE)implants in No. 1 Surgery Department in Guangdong Province Hospital of TCM and summarize the curative effect of the treatment of integrated the Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.METHODS:The patients who matched inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria would going to exam the lower vein by hypertext transfer protocol and record the result of hemodynamics. After that, they would operated with external valvuloplasty of the first pair of superficial femoral vein with expandedpolytetrafluoroethylene(ePTFE)implants, high ligation and ablation of great saphenous vein, ablation of superficial veins and ligation of perforator vein .After the operation, they would treated with preventing infection in three to five days, treating with syndrome differentiation of TCM in two weeks. After two weeks, the patients would exam the lower vein by hypertext transfer protocol again to understand the variety of venous hemodynamics.
