Yin Accumulation Of Hot And Humid With Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis Of The Theoretical And Experimental Study

MsPGN is an immunologically mediated inflammatory disease.In our country MsPGN has a high incidence.The experiment is observed the effect of deficiency of Yin damp and hot to the development of simple MsPGN rat , Probe into the Chinese medicine pathogenesis of increasing the natural disposition nephritis of department membrane, in order to offer the theoretical foundation to support that the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the kidney little ball nephritis.The paper consists of three parts:literture summarization, theoretical studies and experimental studies. 1. Literture summarizationWe have a study of treatment of TCM widely, and discuss the nowadays model research and modern mechanism of MsPGN systematically during recent ten years. 2.Theoretical studiesWe mainly have a study on the TCM theory of physiologic and pathology of kidney and analyze the cause and pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis.The study is done from three parts. The first part is the physiological characterize of the kidney. The second part consulting a vast amount of documents , the author analysed and studied classification of syndrome .realization about etiology and pathology. And the last part dicusses the relationship of the deficiency of Yin and damp and hot model and MsPGN. 3.Experimental studiesThis experiment adopts the chronic serum sickness MsPGN animal model improved and combine it with damp and hot model to establish experimentalrat foundation that contain deficiency of Yin and damp and hot . Compared the biochemisty and organizing such index as the shape , etc at the different stage of the model metioned above with those facts of MsPGN rat to find out the relationship between deficiency of Yin damp and hot and MsPGN on the development of illness and the role in MsPGN course, know the disease machine of MsPGN and treat MsPGN for Chinese medicine, screen the effective square medicine and establish the experiment foundation. The experimental result shows: Superpose deficiency of Yin damp and hot group and superpose damp and hot group old urine albumen ration , serum skin acid anhydride and urea nitrogen content , obviously higher than the simple group in 24h, there is a relatively significant difference among the groups; There is a significant difference in the same period between superpose the group of deficiency of Yin and simple group. Superpose group old mouse kidney histology change even obviously great than simple group. The above-mentioned result indicate deficiency of Yin , damp and hot , especially damp and hot could accelerate chronic function depleted kidney and worsen the eliminated function of small ball of kidney.
