Study On The Relationship Between Qi-Yin Deficiency Certificate-based Person Of Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis And The Immune Pathology

Objective:To investigate the internal contacts between Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrom of Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) and Immune pathology, providing reference for Chinese medicine practitioners to early intervention MsPGN.Methods:Adoptting Retrospective analysis of ways, collectting medical history infor--mation, using Permit Su dialectical, and analyzing 131 patients of MsPGN belonging to Qi-Yin Deficiency and Qi Deficiency, to explore the relationship between deficiency of both vital energy and yin and hematuria, proteinuria and immune pathology index..Result:1. There is statistical significance(P<0.05) of age of onset of MsPGN in Qi-Yin Deficiency group and Qi Deficiency group, and age of the patients in Qi-Yin Deficiency group is significantly higher than Qi Deficiency group.2. Qi-Yin Deficiency group and Qi Deficiency group have no statistical significance (P> 0.05) in the sex, clinical types, renal mesangial lesion extent and complement deposition.3. There are 15 cases respectively with one or two kinds of immune complex deposition in Qi-Yin Deficiency group(each 26.8%), there kinds in 20 cases(35.75%),and in Qi Deficiency group,25 cases(33.3%) with one kind of immune complex deposition,23 cases(30.7%) with two and 17 cases(22.7%) with three. This shows that compared with Qi Deficiency group, there is a growing trend in species of glomerular mesangial deposition of immune complexes in Qi-Yin Deficiency group, but there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).4. IgA deposition in Qi-Yin Deficiency group is main with moderate and severe deposition and there is no or mild deposition in Qi Deficiency group, two groups had significant difference(P<0.05); there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of IgG, IgM, C3 deposition.Conclution:1. With age increasing, the incidence of Qi-Yin Deficiency Certificate of MsPGN is increasing.2. There is a growing trend in sediment types of glomerular mesangial immune MsPGN in the process of the Qi-Yin Deficiency transform from Qi Deficiency, and the deposition of IgA immune complexes increases also.
