Clinical Efficacy Of Therapy Of Nourishing Yin、Clearing Damp-heat And Promoting Blood Circulation On Yin Deficiency、Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Type2Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nourishing Yin,clearing damp-heat and promoting blood circulation on diabetic nephropathy,and to study its mechanism.Methods:Patients with the syndrome of Yin deficiency、damp-heat and blood stasis diabetic nephropathy(third or fourth phase),who visited to Xuzhou hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January,2011to June,2012, were randomly divided into two groups.One group included32cases who were treated by Chinese medicine and normal western medicine,the other group included32cases who were treated only normal western medicine.Two groups were not significantly different in gender,age,course of DM and the condition of Patients(P>0.05).The whole course of treatment was twelve weeks.The observed indexes included clinic symptoms,FBG,PBG,HbAlc,bloodPressure, blood lipid,24hUTP, Scr,BUN, CRP and FIB.The SPSS19.0software was used in data analysis.Results:①The total effective rate of treated group patients was87.50%; while the controlled group was66.70%. There was obviouse statistical difference between both groups(P<0.05).②The blood glueose,HbAlc and the blood pressure decreased in the two groups(P<0.01),but there was not obviouse statistical difference (P>0.05).③the two treatments can obviously redueed the UAER and24hUTP (P<0.01), compareed with the controlled group the treated group had an advantage (P<0.05).④the treated group can decrease TC,TG and LDL-C,increase HDL-C (P<0.05),but the controlled group had not effect on blood lipid(P>0.05).⑤The treated group can obviously reduce the level of FIB (P<0.01),but the controlled group can not(P>0.05).⑥The level of CRP had obviously reduce in both groups,While the treated group had an advantage than the controlled group(p<0.05).⑦during the whole course of treatment,there was no significant difference of blood routine,urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests.Conclusion:Compared with the single western medicine group,the Chinese medicine has good effected on diabetic nephropathy.
