| Objective To investigate that the clinical therapeutic effect of FLAG regimefor refractory acute leukemiaMethods Fluda 30 mg/m~2,dl-5;Ara-c 1.0g/m~2,dl-5; G-CSF300ug/d d1-5were used to treat 3 cases of refractorv acute leukemiaResults 3 cases showed response to therapy , neutropenia begin at the time of7—15 days after the treatment initiating and lasting 7—24days,thrombocytopenia begin at the time of 8—20days after the treatment initiatingand lasting 8—30days ,the adverse effects includes nausea ,vomiting, febrile .Conclusion FLAG regime shows significant effects for refractory acuteleukemia with higher CR . |
