Objective:To investigate the efficacy of FA combined with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor priming chemotherapy in refractory and relapse leukemia.Method:Sequential dual induction chemotherapy was used to treat 4 cases of refractory and relapse leukemia.Clinical manifestations, blood count, blood biochemical parameters, side effect and bone marrow smears were measured during the courses.Result:4 patients,3 male and 1 female, were enrolled. One M1,two M2,one M4 were included.Age was from 17 to 39 years old.Of the 4 cases,3 got complete remission;1 died of serious infection without completing the chemotherapy course. In addition, the death had high fever before chemotherapy for over 10 days. So,wo just could abserved the three patients.Time to achieve CR was on the 13th~20th day from the end of the priming chemotherapy.Neutropenia began at the time of the 9th~18thdays after the priming regimen initiating and lasted 7~11 days.Hyphemia began at the 7th~11th days and lasted 9~12 days.Thrombocytopenia began at the 1th~7th days and lasted 13~15 days. Conclusion:FA and CAG sequential dual induction chemotherapy showed obvious efficacy for refractory and relapse leukemia and gain chance for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
