| Objective: To observe the curative effect of No.l Shengjing Pills on the sterility of oligospermia or asthenosperm.Methods: 140 patients with oligospermia or asthenospermia sterility were randomly divided into two groups in random. In treatment group(n=90) taking No.l shengjing; In comparing group (n=50) taking Wuzi Yanzong Pills. To observs the theraputic effects, the effects of increasing sperm and the effects on hormone levels after 3 months.Results: The clinical cure of Treatment group and Comparing group reach to 37.78% and 10.00% respectively, with the total curative effects rate of 91.11% and 68.00% respectively (P<0.01). The curative effects of those two groups display notable difference(P<0.05). Semen density, semen survival rate, semen activity and the improvement of endocrine hormone FSH, LH, T appears very notable difference(P<0.01). By-diseases such as prostatitis, under-liquidization of semen, positive anti-semen and display notable difference of improvment.Conclusion: No.l shengjing possesses marked Clinical effect s on the sterility of oligospermia or asthenospermia. |
