Objective :To observe the effect of Haizhuyigan mixture on RBC-C3bRR, RBC-ICR, RFER, RFIR, ALT and AST of the mice of the immunological liver injury. To probe into the therapeutic mechanism of Haizhuyigan mixture for chronic viral hepatitis B and to provide the theoretical basis for the clinic practice.Method :32 KM male mice in health were divided into 4 groups at random: Normal control group, Model control group, Haizhuyigan group and Dexamethasone group. The immunological liver injury model was established by injection of BCG and LPS. From the first day, the normal control group and the model control group were fed with NS; the other two groups were treated respectively with Haizhuyigan mixture and Dexamethasone solution. Take them 30ml/kg once a day for 10 days. After 16 hours of injection of LPS, we fetch blood and killed the mice. Then the RBC-C3bRR, RBC-ICR, RFER, RFIR, ALT and AST were measured. The structural change of liver tissue was also observed by using the light microscope. The results were analyzed statistically in F and q test.Results :1. ALT, AST Comparing with the normal control group, the model control group was significantly increased (P<0.01). Both therapy groups were obviously decreased comparing with the model control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between both therapy groups (P>0.05).2. RBC-C3bRR Comparing with the normal control group, the model control group was decreased (P<0.01). Comparing with the model control group, the Haizhuyigan group was significantly increased (P<0.01), but the Dexamethasone group was obviously decreased(P<0.01)3. RBC-ICR Comparing with the normal control group, the model control group was increased (P<0.01). Both therapy groups were significantly decreased comparing with the model control group (P<0.01). The Haizhuyigan group was better one and compared the Dexamethasone group with significant difference (P<0.01).4. RFER Comparing with the normal control group, the model control group was decreased (P<0.01). The Haizhuyigan group was obviously improved comparing with the model control group (P<0.01). There was no difference between the Dexamethasone group and themodel control group (P>0.05).5. RFIR Comparing with the normal control group, the model control group was increased (P<0.01). Both therapy groups were obviously decreased comparing with the model control group (P<0.01). There was no difference between both therapy groups (P>0.05).6. Liver pathological change sliceThere was no pathological change in the normal control group. There was significant necrosis and inflammation in the liver tissue of the mice of the model control group .The degree of the pathological change in the treatment groups was obviously relief.Conclusion:Not only can Haizhuyigan mixture significantly raise RBC-C3bRR and RFER, but also obviously decrease RBC-ICR, RFIR, ALT and AST. It can also relieve the liver pathological change. The research implies that Haizhuyigan mixture can improve RBC immunity and reduce the immunological liver injury. The therapeutic mechanism of Haizhuyigan mixture for chronic viral hepatitis B is above mentioned. At the same time, the research proves that the pathological change mechanism of chronic viral hepatitis B is the damp-heat, pestlilence, phlegm, blood stasis and asthenia in TCM. .
