Objective:Evaluation of chronic hepatitis B by transient elastography (FibroTouch) (referred to CHB) liver fibrosis and to explore TCM Syndrome chronic hepatitis B and liver fibrosis correlation between TCM syndrome based disease objective clinical s yndrome differentiation and provide a basis. Methods:To collect second cases of chronic hepatitis B in the people’s Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2016 to February 2015, and 105 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Collected from patients with clinical diagnostic data, referring to 1992 the viral hepatitis TCM syndrome differentiat ion standard "syndrome differentiation type, liver function, HBV DNA and liver fibrosi s four other blood tests on patients; and the fibrotouch detection in chronic viral hepa titis patients of liver stiffness values (LSM), value of TCM Syndromes of chronic hep atitis B (CHB) and LSM, serum liver fibrosis in four and other related indicators of correlation.SPSS18.0 software for statistical data processing.Results:l.Into the group of chronic viral hepatitis syndrome type distribution by high to low in order for damp heat stagnation syndrome, syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, liver kidney yjn deficiency, blood stasis blocking collaterals, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.2.The hepatic fibrosis indexes, from high to low as blood stasis blocking collateral type> spleen kidney yang deficiency type> liver kidney yin deficiency type> hot resistance type> liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.HA two two comparison among the groups:Spleen kidney yang deficiency group and blood stasis group, liver and kidney yin deficiency group was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Compared with the other groups, there were statistical significance (P<0.05);Comparison of LN two two in each group:Resistance group and the group of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency damp heat, there was statistical significance (P<0.05);Compared with the other three groups, the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Comparison of PC-III two two in each group:Spleen kidney yang deficiency group and blood stasis group, liver and kidney yin deficiency group was not statistically significant (P>0.05);Compared with the other groups, there were statistical significance (P<0.05).Comparison of five groups of syndrome type C-IV two two, have statistical significance (P<0.05).3.CHB patients with different TCM syndrome types, LSM changes from high in the end as blood stasis blocking collateral type> liver kidney yin deficiency type> spleen kidney yang deficiency type> hot resistance type> liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Comparison of syndrome types in each group of two two:Each card type pairwise compared liver and kidney yin deficiency group with damp heat group (P> 0.05), spleen and kidney yang deficiency group and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency group (P> 0.05) compared with no statistical significance; The rest of the two two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.There were linear correlation (P<0.05) between the four indexes of hepatic fibrosis and the changes of LSM value in CHB patients, among them, type Ⅲ collagen peptide (PC-Ⅲ), type Ⅳ collagen (C-Ⅳ) and LSM related to the degree of laminin (LN), hyaluronic acid (HA) high.Conclusions:1.There is a certain difference in LSM value between different syndrome types in CHB, which is helpful to the objective and standardization of TCM syndrome diff erentiation.2.Transient elastic imaging (FibroTouch) has a high accuracy in the evaluation of clinical liver fibrosis, which is beneficial to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
