First, 100 Wister male rats were divided into 3 groups at random, normal group, false operation groups, operation group. Then operate and adaptability feed one week, operation group mouse divide into 5 group at random, including:Model group, the control group of Niaoduqing, the low dose group of FFBJRGF, The median dose group of FFBJRGF, the heavy dose group of FFBJRGF. the rats of last four groups were treated with the adenine aqueous solution with 250mg adenine of each kilogram by gavage every mornings, treated with the Niaoduqing or FFBJRGF by gavage every afternoon. The first three groups were treated the drinking water in same volumes by gavage every day, the time of preventing and curing were four weeks.Before preventing and curing, after preventing and curing tow and four weeks, weigh weight, and after preventing and curing tow and four weeks, caption every group 10 rats 24-hour urine amount, after four weeks, fetch serum and kidney, assay blood serum creatinine, Blood urea nitrogen and the content of the density of calcium ion and density of phosphorus ion in the urine, blood calcium ion density and phosphorus,calculation the weight ratio of kidney and body. 3.The resultFrom the result of weight, 24-hour urine amount, density of calcium ion of the urine and density of phosphorus ion, the weight ratio of kidney and body , blood serum creatinine, Blood urea nitrogen, blood calcium ion density and phosphorus, and pathology staining, FFBJRGF improvemented the symptom of chronic kidney failure rat. 4.ConclusionFFBJRGF have the function of preventing and curing chronic kidney failure of rat caused by adenine after nephrectomize of one side.
