Chronic renal failure (CRF)refers to the CKD which remains in the stage of kidney damagewith decreased GFR due to various primary kidney diseases. CRF usually manifests asstructural and functional abnormalities of the kidney. Wang advocated the superiority of thefunction of expelling of exogenous pathogens and increasing healthy qi of Chiese herbalmedicine during the early stage of CKD. As increasing public confirm of traditional Chineseremedy, we should pay more attention to the probe into the mechanism of the treatment ofCRF. This article is to discus the mechanism and superiority of FuZhengXieZhuoYin in thetreatment of CRF clinically.Objective: To observe and analyze the mechanism of FuZhengXieZhuoYin treating CRFby the adenine induced rat chronic renal failure model.Methods:The70healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two random numbertable method group and normal group10group60and the model, the model group weregiven a concentration of2.5%adenine solution, according to the dose given daily200mg/Kgrats were modeling the normal group were given an equal volume of water. The first fiveweeks, after verification successful modeling, the model rats were randomly divided intonormal group randomly, righting Xiezhuo drink high-dose group, righting Xiezhuo drinklow-dose group and western medicine treatment group analysis of capsules, the average n=10; righting Xiezhuo drink low concentration treatment group concentration2.4g/ml, givenonce a day at10ml/Kg amount of rats fed intervention, righting Xiezhuo drink highconcentration to the concentration of2.4g/ml by10ml/Kg morning and evening time to givegavage intervention (twice at intervals of10hours), a continuous10-week intervention period.Capsule group I analyze the concentration of0.09g/100ml doses were compared according tothe amount of10ml/Kg intervention period of10weeks; model group and normal controlgroup were given0.8ml/100mg pure water to control observation. Drug intervention weresacrificed after10weeks, immediately take the renal pathology were observed, while bloodthrough the aorta to detect renal function, blood, determined by ELISH rat TGF-β1mRNAexpression and the expression of MCP-1mRNA.Results: after receiving gavage by FuZhengXieZhuoYin, the serum creatinine, blood ureanitrogen and hemoglobin of rats became better than before treatment statistically (P<0.05). Conclusion: FuZhengXieZhuoYin may effectively ameliorate the life state of CRF ratsand postpone the disease progress by inhibition of profibrogenic cytokines like TGF-β1andMCP-1.
