| OBSTRACT Objective To observe the preventing effects of the formula of Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin and the effects of the special acupoint "Shuaigu"(GB-8) together with the formula of Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin on the Alcoholic Liver Disease of Tat model, and study the mechanism. Methods The rat model of alcoholic liver injury was established with oral 56° alcoholic and high fat food in 6 weeks, and simultaneously comparisons were made among the formula of Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin, "Neiguan" (P-6) together with Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin, and "Shuaigu" (GB-8) together with Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin, "Ganshu" together with Jia Pi Ge Gen Ym. The changes of serum total cholesterol(Chol), triglyceride, ALT, AST and the ultrastracture of hepatic cells were observed. Results: Jia Pi Ge Gen Yin has the ability of restraining fat denaturalization in liver, reducing the aggradation of fat dripping, furbishing the function of liver. Puncturing "Shuaigu" (GB-8) can strengthen the preventing effects. |
