We focus on "the nature and flavor of formula", and carry out this researchWe took general formulae as sample from Class Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and do the data preparation according to the rules and regulations of data processing. Based on relative dosage and the quantification of nature and flavor of medicines, we design models of nature and flavor of formula of multi-dimensional macroscopic quantification expression,which include quantification model of four nature, quantification model of five flavor, quantification model of combination of nature and flavor.As two main parameters of multi-dimensional macroscopic quantification expression of nature and flavor of formula, the relative dosage and quantification number of Nature and Flavor of the medicine are important contents of this research. Firstly, according to the dosage fields of medicines. we transform the dosage for one day into relative dosage, which is basic quantification parameter in calculating the nature and flavor of formula.
