| Objective:Based on the theory of "sweet flavor having the effect of relaxing",the representative drug Radix Glycyrrhizae(RG)was selected to explore the compatibility law of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of RG,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the safe and rational use of RG.Methods:I collected the prescriptions in the works of six representative physicians,clinical prescription of 2 Grade A Class Three hospitals,Chinese patent medicine in 2015 Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China,all the prescriptions containing RG were screened,based on the theory of "sweet flavor having the effect of relaxing",frequency analysis and factor analysis were conducted on the compatibility between RG and various drugs,combined with the theory of drug resistance and the research results of modern pharmacology,study on the compatibility of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of RG.Results:1.Through the frequency analysis method,the distribution characteristics of the drug frequency,dosage and time,the main treatment syndrome and so on were obtained.The high frequency of drugs often compatible with RG were summarized,such as aconite,asarum,pinellia ternate,bitter almond,tribulus terrestrisand so on,the commonly used dosage ratios are 1:1,1:1,2:1,3:1 and 3:1 respectively.Six doctors used the fever and the poison aconite with RG 83.03%,cinnamon 96.55%,combination of cold medicine gypsum fibrosum with RG94.12%,the poison asarum With RG 77.97%,pinellia ternate with RG 57.36%.In terms of the dosage and use time of RG,it is used in large doses when it is toxic,such as aconite,monkshood,radix aconiti agrestis,etc,while in large doses,RG is used as the antidote when it is toxic,98.29% of the prescriptions of RG used in clinic of traditional Chinese medicine is basically according to the dosage specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the usage time is short,generally 5 days and 7 days.46.86% of the Chinese patent medicines had poison compatibility with RG,which basically followed the compatibility law of RG.1~4.5g is a small dose,which is generally used for superficial syndrome;5~8g is a medium dose,which is generally used for deficiency syndrome;9~10g is a large dose,which is generally used for blood stasis syndrome;more than 10 g is a large dose,which is generally used for rheumatism syndrome,antidote,etc.RG combined with "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments",such as seaweed and RG dosage ratio of 1:1 is a commonly used clinical proportion,which can effectively maintain the liver oxidation-antioxidation balance.2.By means of factor analysis,analysis of Chinese patent medicine containing RG 11 common factors are obtained.Among them,factor 1 and 8 are the factorial factors.Factors 3,7 and 9 are heat removal factors,factor 2,4,11 are complementary factors,factor 5 is dehumidifying factor,factor 6 and 10 are gas factors.Conclusion:There are some rules to follow in the compatibility of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of RG,the usage of RG in ancient and modern times is the same based on the theoryof "sweet flavor having the effect of relaxing",RG is generally used as an adjunctive medicine,correcting drug toxicity and bias,harmonizing various drugs,protecting stomach,and as an antidote.It must to be careful the compatibility ratio of RG with antidotes and poisons for achieve the effect of reducing virulence and improving efficiency,the same hot medicine can slow down its heat,while the same cold medicine can slow down its cold,which is mixed with cold and heat.When combined with RG,RG can get its level,regulate tonic and diarrhea,so that tonic does not suddenly supplement,and laxative does not go down quickly.Combined with the discussion of the works of this herb and the modern pharmacological research,it provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and development of the combination of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of RG,the safety and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine must comply with the guiding ideology of "Cultural Inheritance And Innovation". |
