| ObiectTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mengshengwan treat Alcoholic Osteoncrosis of the Femoral head .MethodsCollected one hundred and three cases of Alcoholic Osteoncrosis of theFemoral head .They have simple the illness of Alcoholic Osteoncrosis of Lhe Femoral head. They are from Outpatient Service of the Hospital of XiangFan affiliated to Chinese medical Academy in Hubei. The time is from 1997 to Octomber 2004. The years is 28 to 54. According with statistics, the two groups are similar and it shows no different in years,courses, symptoms of illness. It is practical to compare the two groups.The one hundred and three cases were divided into the Mengshengwan(MSW) group (n(?)73) treated by oral Mengshengwan(MSW) and Fufangdanshenpian(DSP) group (30cases) treated by oral Fufangdanshenpian(DSP) .Therapeutic effect were investigated by patella function evaluations standand established by 《National Special topic Conference of Osteoncrosis of the Femoral head》 . Bone mineral density , bloodstream , bloodsupply in femoral head of two groups were defected before and after treatment .The results both of 73 cases of Mengshengwan(MSW) group and Fufangdanshenpian(DSP) contral group (30cases) were observed by using randomized contralled trials. Rssult①The gross efficacy and the significant efficacy of MSW group is 80. 82% and 90.14%. contrastively, that of DSP group is 66.67% and 73.33% respectively. There is significant difference in both groups, and the therapy efficacy of MSW group excelled that of DSP group. ②Both groups can all improve X-ray Syndrome and MSW group is better than DSP group. ③the symptoms of both two groups patients were improved. Especially, in contrast to DSP group. MSWgroup show more efficacies in Bone mineral density , bloodstream , bloodsupply in femoral head.? In the course of treatment, there is no evident adverse drug use during using MSW. ConclusionMSW is an effective, quick and safe medicine to treat Alcoholic Osteoncrosis of Lhe Femoral head. |
