Chinese traditional medicine has particular curative effects for the vertigo in aviation, spaceflight and navigation, such as, no any bad side-effects to nerve centre, toning up corporeity and the ability to resist kinetosis, keeping the ability to work naturally in complex environment, and so on. As the expediting of research on Chinese traditional medicine resisting kinetosis, how to inspect, analyze and evaluate Chinese traditional medicine has become one of key problems to be resolved urgently. At present, the methods to analyze the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine follow that of Western medicine still. Those are analyzing chemic components. But, those chemic components of Chinese traditional medicine are complex and interactional, and they act together in many means.In this paper, the research project is part of the Science Planning Subject of shaanxi province (the research on new methods to evaluate Chinese traditional medicine resisting kinetosis). In the sight of both probing into modernizing methods to examine Chinese traditional medicine curative effects and resisting kinetosis in aviation, spaceflight and navigation, the achievements have the vital scientific significance and the application value.In this paper, considering the disadvantages of the existing methods that are used to examine a white mouse's Eye-Movement and blood flux when it is in vertigo, based on digital research ,a new method to do that without damage is put forward . Firstly, after investigating sensors for blood flux, according to Doppler theory and what the project requires, a new skin fibre-optic sensor is designed to detect blood flux without damage. Aiming at the features of blood flux examination and what data communication requires, a transmitting module which transmits blood flux signals from sensor to PC is realized through nRF2401 (a single-chip radio transceiver), singlechip(SCM) and serial ports on PC. Compared with other wireless communications, it is effective, steady and inexpensive. And then, after this paper analyzing the main disadvantages of traditional analyzing Eye-Movement methods and instruments, the CCD sensor is chose to collect analog image signals of Eye-Movement. These signals are transmitted to PC through a special wireless transmission module for analog image signals and video collector that converts the analog signals to digital signals, the digital image dates are analyzed and processed by PC. Finally, the on-line detection of Eye-Movement and blood flux is carried out in room circumstance, and system software is designed to gather the data andachieve the result with VC++6.0. It realizes transmitting the data through RS232, obtaining the images, processing the image data and analyzing the results.All of the experiment results indicate that the hardware for data collection and communication can work stably, and takes up less room. The correlative software that analyzes and processes data in real time is developed with friendly interface. It not only processes data faster, but also can be operated conveniently.In this paper, the research is supported of the Science Planning Subject of shaanxi province (2005K16-G7(4)) and the Aviation Science Foundation of China (0415068).
