Ganzhixiao Capsule In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver (spleen Dampness, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Research,

The thesis consists of two parts, summaries of documents, a clinic research.The summaries consists of two parts .The first is about the research progress of the cause of fatty liver in ten years, and the corresponding treatment method basing on the cause .The second tells the treatment progress of fatty liver with the method of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.In the clinic research the aim of our research is to evalute the clinic effect of Ganzhixiao on fatty liver. One hundred and twenty patients with fatty liver of Pixushisheng Tanrexueyu Zuzhimailuo were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Group 1, treated with Ganzhixiao (n=60), and group 2,treated with Dongbaogantaipian (n=60)as control.The changes of clinical sympotions, blood liqids and liver ultrasonagram were observed to evaluate the rapetutic effect. The total effective rate of clinical sympotions was 95%. ALT,AST,TC and TG were significantly reduced ,and elimination rate of fatty liver with medical imaging was up to 58.3% .Some therapeutic indices including clinical sympotions and the change of fatty liver with medical imaging were better in Ganzhixiao group than in the control group.It proves that Ganzhixiao has notable and reliable effect on fatty liver and the accompanying hyperlipemia.
