"Acupoints Lipid-lowering Party Intervention" Research Of Hyperlipidemia Rats With Fatty Liver

Objective：From observing the change of rat’s liver in fatty liver rats with hyperlipidemiawhich had been cured by electric acupuncture Acupoint Recipes lipid-lowering toresearch the efficacy and elementary mechanism.Methods：44refitted laboratory SD rats were randomly divided into17blank controlgroup and27model group. The standard diet was given in blank control group. The ratsin blank group were fed standard diet.The rats in model group were fed high fat diet,Randomly choose7rats from each group to testing TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C to identifyif the model was successfully copied.After succeeded,the model group would be randomlydivided into control group and lipid-lowering group. To explore the effect of differentpoints-combination on TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ALT and AST in rats after4weeks.Meanwhile,to observe the change of liver cell and fat cell with light microscope andtest the express of liver’s HMG-CoA、LDL-R and CYP7A1with RT-PCR methed.Results：Compared with the blank group,the contents of serum total cholesterol(TC)、TG、LDL-C in model group were increased but HDL-C were decreased,whcih had significantdifference between.The model is in form of hyperlipidemia.After4weeks, the controlgroup’s TC、TG、LDL-C turned up，HDL-C low，having significant difference（P<0.01），still were high lipid blood; ALT，AST turned up obviously. HE staining results for liverobservation showed that,the sell was obviously damaged, and the expression ofHMG-CoA、CYP7A1were much higher than blank control group（P<0.01）, LDL-R wasmuch lower than blank control group（P<0.01）,showing fatty liver. HE staining results forfat around the testicle observation showed that the fat cell showing vacuolated largediameters small number and irregular shape.After electric acupuncture Acupoint Recipeslipid-lowering,rats’ serum TC、 TG and LDL-C reduce(P<0.05)， HDL-C wentup(P<0.05)；ALT，AST level turned clearly down（P<0.01）.Conclusion：Electric acupuncture Acupoint Recipes lipid-lowering can protect liver andhave good effect of prevention and treatment.The active mechanism maybe relate tolowing blood lipid,reversing liver’s sell and fat sell’s pathological structure,coordinatingthe expression of enzymes in the liver.
